My Approach

There is no way around interpersonal relationships: whether in the workplace, educational and care institutions, or associations, the influence that groups and organizations have on our lives is enormous.

As an organizational consultant with a systemic-psychodynamic approach, I offer you the knowledge I have gathered through my work with individuals, groups, and organizations—and especially at the intersection of these three levels—with the goal of fostering better collaboration.

Based on your concerns, we gain a deeper understanding of your organization through joint reflection. Together, we develop solutions, create new insights, and pave the way for profound and lasting change.

I look forward to your inquiry and to working together.

Work Organization and Digitalization

Nowadays, tools for any purpose can be found, customized, and implemented with just a few clicks. However, once the seemingly "technical" problem is resolved, deeper, structural questions often surface, affecting relationships within the team:

What do our processes even look like? What information am I willing to share about my work—how do we document and share this? How do we distribute tasks among ourselves? Who makes decisions, and how are they made in our team?

Diversity
Leadership and Followership

Whether in client work or within one's own team, every organization must find its way of handling divergent perspectives on the world.

While many teams set high standards for inclusivity, discussing the topic isn’t easy: fears of missteps on one side, and fears of loss of power, exclusion, and vulnerability on the other, complicate the dialogue. As a result, the potential of openly embracing diversity, cultivating curiosity toward the unfamiliar, and recognizing alternative expertise remains untapped.

The term "leadership" evokes mixed associations for many people. Driven by a desire for change, there is an effort toward flat hierarchies and equality—yet leadership fulfils important functions which, if not provided by one central figure, need to emerge from within the team.

It is essential to carefully balance different perspectives on what leadership should look like, who should take it on, and when.

Connected Keywords

Many interpersonal issues cannot simply be resolved by adding expert knowledge from the outside. A solution must be developed collaboratively and from within.

Supervision and (process) consulting therefore differ from traditional (technical) consulting in that the supervisor or facilitator primarily takes responsibility for the process—while the specific content is provided by the client.

Accordingly, the topics that can be addressed in supervision are diverse. However, the following selection of key topics aims to provide an idea of my work:
